software on private property. Consent is provided by action your registration with the casino
and use of our services implies agreement to this collection for identity verification. You may
opt out, but this may limit our ability to provide full KYC, AML, compliance services and the
customer experience.
8.2 Purpose
We use your biometric data to verify your identity, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with
AML, KYC, and responsible gambling regulations, enhancing security and operational
efficiency for the casino.
8.3 Use
Your biometric data is processed solely to confirm the authenticity of your identification,
protect personal information from unauthorized access, and support fraud prevention efforts
within the casino environment.
8.4 Retention Period
We retain your biometric data for the period required by the applicable AML legislation of the
jurisdiction, typically 7 years following your last transaction or activity with the casino, after
which it will be securely destroyed.
